Terms of Use

By using Sereze, you agree to the terms below.

Using the app

You agree to use Sereze for personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app. You will not use the app to harm yourself or others, or in any way that violates applicable law.

Subscriptions

Sereze offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions.

Data and storage

Your sessions, journal, and Apple Health values are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud Backup, your data may be included in your personal Apple-managed backup — we don't have access to it. See the Privacy page for more.

Medical disclaimer

Sereze is a wellness app, not a medical device. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a heart, lung, anxiety, or other medical condition, talk to your doctor before starting breathwork. Stop using the app and consult a healthcare provider if you experience any discomfort, dizziness, or adverse symptoms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sereze and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. You use Sereze at your own risk.

Apple End User License Agreement

By downloading or using Sereze, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs apps distributed through the App Store.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We'll update the date below when we do. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
