Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is a DM on X: @SaySereze. You can also send feedback directly from inside the app — Settings → Send feedback. We read every message.
Getting started
How do I run a session? Open the app, tap how you feel ("Anxious," "Can't sleep," "Before a meeting"), and pick a suggested session. Most sessions are 2–5 minutes. You can also browse all exercises by category from the home screen.
Do I need to grant Apple Health permissions? No — Sereze works fine without them. If you do grant access, sessions get tailored to your current HRV, heart rate, and sleep. Mindful Minutes also get logged back to Apple Health.
How do I pair my Apple Watch? Install the Sereze companion from the Watch app on your iPhone. Once it's installed, sessions will offer haptic guidance on your wrist.
Troubleshooting
-
Health data not showing. Open iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Sereze and turn on the metrics you want Sereze to read.
-
Heart rate not appearing during a session. Pair your Apple Watch in the Watch app on iPhone, and make sure the Sereze watch app is installed and has Health permissions.
-
Voice guidance is silent. Check that your iPhone isn't on silent mode and the volume is up. In Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content, ensure a high-quality voice is downloaded.
-
The app feels stuck. Force-quit (swipe up from the home bar) and reopen. If a session won't start, restart your iPhone — this clears most edge-case states.
-
Subscription not active after upgrading. In the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, sign out and back into your Apple ID on the device.
Privacy
Sereze keeps your breath, sleep, and journal data on your device. Anonymous usage events help us improve the app. We don't sell anything and we don't track you across apps. See the full privacy policy for details.
Refunds and subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to your Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's Report a Problem page.
